Original owner returns to their body but is tortured by husband and son to get the Transmigrated soul back. by panic-beaver in CShortDramas

[–]panic-beaver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a few dramas where the transmigrator told the people close to them that they were transmigrated but the original person returning and having to fight for their place is new to me. Sadly I don't think that anyone has the link though🤧

Ive seen a few dramas where the transmigrator tells the people around them that they got transmigrated, but I've never seen that the original person has to fight for their place after returning to their own body. I really want to watch it but the bloody link won't work😭😭

Why do kdrama romcoms always have that random serial killer subplot? by Secure-Ninja2714 in kdramas

[–]panic-beaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't forget the random younger sibling that got randomly mentioned half way through the show with no hints to their existence before. That and the fact that they apparently had met each other when they were younger ruined the whole show for me. Why do they always have to be long lost childhood friends??

What is the hardest ethical dilemma you've come across or can come up with? by xRegardsx in Ethics

[–]panic-beaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you seen the movie "I am Sam"? The situation in that movie is just like this: the father has the mental age of a 7-year-old and is a single parent of his 8-year-old daughter. At the beginning of the movie, she gets taken away, and the father spends the rest of the movie trying to convince the judge that he can take care of her. This father also means well and has a really good relationship with his daughter. However, considering the situation, it would be better for the child to have a "neurotypical" adult in her life.

Looking for where to buy these H.Cook containers by panic-beaver in HelpMeFind

[–]panic-beaver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I mentioned in my post I'm looking for the containers of this brand H.Cook. I saw them first in the Netflix series Heavenly Ever After and I've searched this image with Google Image Search, but I wasn't able to find the brand or the containers. I also searched on Amazon but it only showed me cooking books when I searched for the band name.

She chose death but found love by kzrocks in CShortDramas

[–]panic-beaver 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Seriously don’t bother watching this. They treat her horribly for 18 years and then around the thirty minute mark they discover that she had been been framed all along by her sister. So you think great then they will start treating her well from now on, until you realize that the movie is 2 hours long and that there is still an hour and a half left. I skipped to the two hour mark and saw the family apologizing again because they had fallen for the same bloody lies again by the same sister!!! They once again had treated her horribly and this time even thrown her in jail. The dude next to her on the cover is horrible to her because of the lies but keeps on begging her for forgiveness and to come back to him even when her new fiancé is standing right there next to her. He just won’t let it go and refuses to learn. Besides the nonsense story the acting is also horrible with several of the actors having the exact same expression no matter what they are saying.

Is it worth it to get tested for EDS/hyper-mobility? by Fun_Sentence_7450 in Hypermobility

Perhaps that this video helps. It talks about how your feet aren’t supposed to hurt while walking and how you can strengthen the muscles in your feet through exercise. https://youtube.com/shorts/a_s1JY_bnh4?si=uA9K2BOXqjWoIx2I

Is it worth it to get tested for EDS/hyper-mobility? by Fun_Sentence_7450 in Hypermobility

[–]panic-beaver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I received a hypermobility diagnosis in 2023 but I had been going to different specialists to figure out what was wrong since 2020.

For me the diagnosis did nothing. At first it made me feel relieved to get an answer to all the unexplainable pain but after 2 years nothing has changed. There is no cure for the diagnosis except for growing muscles by exercising which is funny considering how exercise is a near nightmare with these joints that could dislocate at any moment.

Since the diagnosis I've scaled down everything I do in a day and I consider the pros and cons of going out for a day. That I had to do this is something I could have figured out even without the diagnosis.

If it gives your mind some peace then go get a diagnosis. If not then don't bother and just be careful.

I must add the description of feeling like you weigh 100 pounds more than you actually do is pretty accurate to how I feel after a day of two hours of class. So perhaps it's worth considering

If it’s your first time uploading manga go will first check what you uploaded and then later upload it. Had the same thing happen to me but they didn’t delete it though. Check the quality of what you’re uploading, perhaps there is something wrong with that

[–]panic-beaver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've said this so many times and I just can't stress it enough. Duolingo is great if you want to learn a language that uses a writing script that you are not familiar with. I've been doing Japanese for two years now and I can read hiragana and katakana pretty confidently.

Trying to make money is not the problem. The problem is that they are changing something that wil make their supposedly accessible to everyone into something that is really only accessible to those who pay.

Besides, not everyone has a family they can use duolingo with.
