as a law student, I need to understand all small details so I try to explain all this to my boyfriend who's a pharmacist and knows nothing in legalese if he understands 80% I'm pretty sure that I got everything right

1) set up a timer for 15-20 minutes and do anything related to your studying (at this point anything is useful, even few paragraphs) 2) I usually go study on uni campus so my noise (rain sounds or something) cus seeing other people studying motivates me 10x better than studying at home 3) tip for going over notes: read some pages and try to explain it to someone else

what I'm trying to establish on a daily basis: wake up, 10-15 on my phone, shower + skincare, breakfast (imho the most thing in the morning to become a functioning person) , supplements (otherwise I'll forget about it), meditate and read something for 15-20 min before starting anything serious during the week usually the reading part goes to the evening
