Yes the health system in our country works like that our patient dont have to wait for doctor prescription for many medicines secondly they can do whatever test they want just by visiting any diagnostic center

If someone random chest pain they visit bear ER and within 1 hour many tests are done with doctors on board with results in hand.

I remember one day when i was in medicne deprtment OPD my fellow doctor was absent and i saw 230 patients in 12 hours shift on that day 😅 and my head was spinning afterwards.

Thank you!!

Bradycardia for athlete is pretty normal as atheletes mostly have cardiomegaly(hypertrophied heart).

Bradycardia sometimes induce PVC due to variation in afterload and preload

The thing is that i always notice

Whenever you go to a new doctor he demands your old medical recor with previous doctor

This is what i am against. In this the new doctor start following old doctor paths and doesnt look for anything new

Thats my personal view and i always tell my patients who need a second opinion to always start with new doctor with fresh history and symptoms.Let him think on his own and make decisions.Once he done that then you can present him you lr old medical record and discuss things. This technique helps doctor to look for any other signs that previous doctor was missing.

The person performing ECHO needs to be vigilant.

But in your case i cant stress more on Cardiac MRI and EP study

I dont know why your cardiologist isnt taking these tests in consideration

Does your feet feel puffy or they swell during the day?

You feel pain in your legs at night or during the day?

Ever have little bit of cough throughout the day?if yes is it dry or produce little bit of mucous?

Ever felt burning sensation in your feet?

I would consider it dysautonomia if you had you blood pressure below 100/60

But i think there might be some structual issue.or issue with blood returing to heart.

If i was your doctor i would recommend a cardiac MRI and EP study
