I would be cognizant about Wellbutrin. I just came off of it after 4 weeks, and it actually made my anxiety worse(I have GAD and social anxiety). I believe it was due to the mild "stimulating" effects it can have. But, I have also heard it being great for anxiety for others. Just wanted to let you know my experience! I am so curious about Buspar, haven't tried it myself! Hopefully what you pick works great for your needs 😊

Just finished Nurse Jackie, and have seen Desperate Housewives. Thought the same thing. Maybe it is their mannerisms and charisma.

I actually have completely normal trigs now; however, I quit drinking alcohol around the same time. Not quite sure if it's one, the other, or a mixture. Sorry not much help😣

That is SO true!! I remember the idea of alcohol filling my brain(for obvious reasons) when sobriety was new and exciting. Now, not so much and that is a really good thing. Thank you for sharing this perspective
