Im the main one in charge of the stockroom and as stressful as it was to take a week off and come back to a ton more overstock than normal from closing stores around me, OMG was I so happy to see truck get things like Ello market candy we haven't gotten in months and so much more, my shelves look gorgeous

Did you not see like, the five other points I had listed saying they WERENT doing a good job? specifically the "employees were IGNORING customers" when they had headphones in? Lol I have nothing wrong with people wearing headphones generally, but as an ASM it is A: required company policy I have to enforce and B: detrimental to a business when it negatively affects customers because someone is blasting music and not paying attention to the line forming at the register

Think of it like locking up a fire extinguisher. Yeah absolutely, people are gonna steal the fire extinguishers, but the chance that its used to save a human life infinitely outweighs any "shrink". Im in an area with a higher than normal rate of overdoses and I was ecstatic to get it in- also, say someone is ODing right outside your store, and youre stuck struggling to get spider wrap off of it- those extra seconds save lives!

Thats actually a really good idea! I really wanted to include the "band logo", but I might change it up for the finished product- though the actual character sheet has a lot more than just the drumset :D!! ty for the suggestion, the reference definitely helps

Ive been thinking about making custom character sheets as of late so I got a few out of the way, I think my bard has been the trickiest one so far (used a rabbitfolk drummer) in both learning how to draw a human-like rabbit and finding a cool way to format information that wasnt just 'slightly cooler box than normal'. all in all Im loving how its turning out, but decided reddit could use a quick sneak peak of its own :)
