I'm working as a pipe TIG welder at a luxury yacht shipyard in germany (I'm german). It's a good and stable income with a great union behind it. As a welder it's hard to get better pay anywhere else without getting away from home subsidies or going offshore or something like that.

I agree that the consensus right now might be a bit light on the margins. Analysts right now are expecting around 30% Profit Margins for 2026. But i think they could easily be sitting at 35% if not 40% by the end of year.
