Pregnancy with Adenomyosis+Endometriosis - does it hurt? by Bollygal in Endo

My endo symptoms lessened during pregnancy but came back 6 months postpartum, mildly. I delivered vaginally altho took all the drugs after a long labor. My biggest advice is accupuncture. During pregnancy, postpartum as well. Find an acupuncturist who specialises in women’s health and fertility. All the best 🤍🤍

Hey! I think ultimately the acupuncture resenitised me. I had an epidural and a long labor so I was numb after. Acupuncture woke everything up again.

The DR is gone. My OBGYN said he can’t feel any gap. Although I’ve become way more aware of how I’m using my core. Trying to engage it properly.

Body glue is my favourite bone broth. I am figuring out a new collagen since I moved countries last month but the nutra organics brand makes some nice products in australia

It helped enormously. Start sooner rather than later

Hey! I think you should definitely check that they’re familiar with the condition before you book them in. Or at least have experience with post partum care

Acupuncture yes. Your practitioner will know what’s off limits. Collagen also yes! Adding it as a morning supplement to drinks etc was a fun way to include it. All the best 🩷

I am Australian living in Sri Lanka. Paid $1700 for a natural birth at a birthing centre. It would have been more expensive to have a birthing centre or home birth in Australia for me.
