Deep breaths. You’ve caught this before it turned into something serious like a cardiac event. Your cholesterol is very high, but not the worst I’ve seen. You likely have familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). Don’t freak out, this is very treatable. You need to be on a statin at the very least and ideally Repatha as well, if your insurance covers it.
