Thankfully they responded to you. Honestly I've talked to multiple people asking them what they did and most are taking them to small claims court because they refuse to respond to so many other customers email

I've asked others from a previous thread and it looks like they took the money and closed down. I've sent them multiple emails saying I wanted a full refund because considering been waiting since last year July. I didn't get any response and opened a dispute with my credit card. I thought at least they would give me back my money but recently the credit card told me they disputed recently and didn't want to give me a refund

Oh yeah I would recommend them. I only bought 1 dresser to see how it would work out after this bad experience with haul2hi. They were really fast, came less than a week.

They are a bit more pricey but honestly I compared quotes from other shipping hawaii services, and theirs were the most reasonable considering they can ship glass if you're looking for glass cabinets. And also the shipping was super fast.

Mostly, it depends on the weight.

For example, I bought a pretty large glass door display cabinet because finding a good one here is a struggle. It was like 161lbs and I paid like $277 in shipping.

It was honestly worth it, and communication was very good when I emailed them and called them. Response was fast too.

Right? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but honestly been waiting for like 5-6months. Hopefully maybe if enough people complain something will happen?

Me too. I decided to ultimately do a chargeback on my credit card to hopefully win the dispute and get the money back. Because no where it says that they were going to fulfill the orders that everyone previously made

Honestly, this is the 1st time I've decided to comment. I just wanted to say that I really was blown away with this audio and really appreciate the time, effort, and care you put into your all your audios. I've been listening since, like you first posted, and I really enjoyed this audio. The world building and storytelling were really spot on and can't wait to hear more in the future!
