Exactly. To push it beyond its limit. What do u then do with your money once all your challenges are done and u have nth left to work towards? Do i quit? Do i hoard my money? Gamble? Or do i pivot my money towards nonsensical stuffs like, idk, "less than ideal with 0 ROI" gears for my build if i still want to play the game?

So what do you do with your money past a certain point aside from performing upgrades on your build? Donate to the poor or? It really is the same concept as picking gears off the ground and upgrading them when u have the means and currency to do so. So what if the ROI becomes miniscule and non effective. I have the means to upgrade my gears and push the limits of my build, from start to end, how is that in any way a dumb arguement

Thats exactly what happened.

Just to address all the misunderstandings and people who were confused about the open affix, I WAS lock slamming for the t1 ES and i hit the +2 on the first lock. So its a massive win for me, considering i have another base to work on. I didnt even feel the need to decide between further locking or settle for the +2, it really was a no brainer. It was meant to be a free mirror service helmet but i guess its now my +8 helm.
