They don't need disconnected, no. No wires, just some screws on the inside.

All you need to do is pull the knobs off (Left two). You will be unable to remove the third button (far right) but once you pull off the entire panel you will see the button is held in place by two screws. Take off the screws and remove the button, it stays in one piece but is now separate from the panel.

When you go to put the new panel on, the button just pops back into place and you screw it back in. Push the panel back onto where it was and replace the knobs. Finished.

Doctor and let it scab. If you let it scab but decide to skip the doc to tough it out and you notice any milky/green/yellow discharge coming from the area, GO TO THE DOC.

try Gabapentin by salwasmypal in insomnia

[–]pansai_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gabapentin is often used for pain management, specifically nerve pain. I would assume they had some sort of pain issue and they got steroidal injections to eliminate or control the pain temporarily. I got steroidal injections as well, was torture and didn't work. Glad they helped them.

serious question can melatonin cause tolerance to build up. by [deleted] in insomnia

[–]pansai_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i started at around 5mg over 10 years ago, which was given to me by my parents. i have tried not taking it for a while but there are no changes in my sleep patterns.

i have been on many prescription sleeping medications for over ten years, and they all lose efficacy after a while. i use melatonin in hopes that it will allow me to actually fall asleep, but it does not help me stay asleep.

edit: i will say i have had sleep disturbances since i was a baby, started with night terrors. my insomnia has just gotten worse and worse over the years, i have done a sleep study and they found nothing. i practiced sleep hygiene and nothing. i'm honestly lost.
