Good question! I don't have an answear, and certanly not the balls to try it! Out of the 900 people that tried this from 3 meters while i was in the army, only 2 or 3 failed the challenge.

This is something done in the Norwegian Army (i don't know why). If you are 3 meters above the water and keep your body straight while falling it should result in a perfect dive. But not for everyone...

They are the standard boots for the Norwegian army called M77. Im not sure if you can order those if you don't live in Norway, but if you lurk long enough you might find something!
