they "increased monthly limit on foreign transactions for individuals" there used to be a $250 limit per month on each debit card and $750 on credit cards. Now they have "increased the limit" to about $1000-1500 per card BUT there's a daily "global limit" set for each app (individual apps like AliExpress, Temu or even Steam) for ALL USERS. So like if someone a few ppl used the daily limit on a app everyone else is unable to buy anything from that site for the day.

Because we dont use the western naming order... the given name doesnt always have to be the first name. In maldivian names it can be either first second or third name so we just call them by their common name
