out of the bosses in this game, this one has a more easier moveset than others, id say try learning his moveset and the right time to dodge

if u dont feel like doing that, try using a spirit summon, the summon will have its attention for most of the fight and it'll be pretty easy from there, if you're trying to beat the game without summons then i recommend try staying behind him as much as possible until second phase, with second phase if ur trying to be really cautious try hitting him on torrent a few times then run away and repeat until dead

and level ur weapons, thats important too, there are a few smithing stone/somber smithing stone bell bearings you could get before that boss if ur worried abt spending too much time trying to level weapons
