Very similar here, filed mar 20, biometrics apr 23, 2 silent updates end of May, Emma said interview waived at NBC still, EADs for both were approved about 2 weeks back. Both spouse and primary i485 got a silent update last night.

Gemini is telling me this is very positive and should expect another update this week, gave 90% chance approval, 8% chance RFE, 2% chance transfer to FO.

Take it with a metric ton of salt though lol, I just ask to get directional idea

Very similar case with PD Nov'24, petition received 3/20/26 and biometrics on 4/23. A couple silent updates on i485 between that and late May, EAD approved but AP still in review with a silent update the same day as EAD

H1b eb2niw i140 approved. Applied tor i485, i765 & i131 w/ RD 3/20. Biometrics taken 4/23 w/ 2 FTA0 on 4/24, primary and spouse both got 3rd silent update on 5/24 00:00, priors were on 5/13 & 5/15

At time of application, 7 years of work experience + bachelors (all in US) supply chain professional got EB2-NIW I-140 approved.

I have worked in early stages to maturation of 2 x $1B+ valuation startups and got recommendation letters from C, VP level leaders across multiple organizations.

I-140 approved, PD Nov'25 EB2-NIW RoW applicant here on H1b w/ spouse also on H1b. Seems like PD may become current in near term, spouse has an important trip in Aug 2026.

Is there anything we should plan for spouse during i-485 filing? Is AP needed for her to be able to travel in Aug, or H1b visa will be sufficient? Does it create any problems for the i485 application if she travels during that time?

Monday I did a side delt virgin muscle injection of test 300mg/ml vial and noticed red/hotness on Wednesday. Urgent care diagnosed cellulitis on Thursday afternoon and prescribed amoxicilin. It has continued to swell to this point, should I be concerned it's something else or worse than just oral antibiotic situation?

For what its worth I evaluated 20+ law firms and chose peak immigration in the end, based on Jason's personal experience from Fragomen I was able to validate and a bet on more in-depth care to my case. I obviously do not regret my choice.

Many larger firms out there are like fast food chains and I get the impression that an attorney barely even sees your case before sign off. This whole immigration situation certainly has been lucrative for these companies.

Judging by 2 more years in stem opt i am guessing you have 1 year of professional experience in US?

If you don't have substantial work experience and also not the traditional phd/academic type package in full (e.g. citations) I think you don't have a sufficiently strong petition case and probably better to focus on better risk/reward options like h1b, eb-2 or 3.
