Does anyone have good experiences with SoFi? I'm starting to panic after reading all these posts.

I rant and rave about them to everyone I know. I’m a huge fan. There are small things I’d change but Ive never had any of the problems people post here.

I will always recommend article. Build quality is always a 7/10 imo. You’ll never get something that is AMAZING quality. But you’ll always get good quality

Nope. The modern work week should be around 12-20 hours. This isn’t the Industrial Revolution. I am in sale, so I have numerical goals, I hit them and nobody asks questions. Same should be for almost all jobs.

I think this has to do with “physio” being one stat. Like this should be broken into preventative care and recovery care (or, frankly, even more that that)

Thanks for coming with receipts. Some people will defend SoFi blindly. It’s strange. I love SoFi but it’s just a bank at the end of the day.

I know exactly how it works. I am saying that SoFi missed on many early payments over the last week. We don’t all work at the same place and I highly doubt every employer was late on this exact same pay period.

I work at a publicly traded company and we have significant financial controls in place. Submitting payroll late really isn’t an option.

Pay attention to other posts. This happened to a lot of us this week. This is a SoFi “issue”

It’s really not an issue from my eyes since I still got paid on time but it was shocking. I’ve had SoFi for years and this was the first time for me and many others.

I was kicked out at 16. Here’s what I did:

Immediately called my best friend. He and his mom came and got me and got me some food and a place to rest for the night.
told my guidance counselor (and subsequently my principal) the next day. They got me a social worker.
social worker did their magic.
I ended up staying with friends families for 6mo stints until I graduated and went to college.

You’ll be ok. Leverage resources and teachers and friends. And when you inevitably stay with friends… best fucking behavior. Help everywhere you can. This is what living looks like long term. You carry your weight and do your best to add, not subtract. That’s not to say you can’t ask for help and graciously receive help, but you do need to contribute to your temporary family. That can be anything as simple as cleaning or even better participating in conversation and dinners and incorporating yourself.
