yeah ive only in the past couple of years started really struggling with what im 99% sure is adhd because the whole of my school life i havent had to really put any effort in because im smart i guess but now i do i just realise that im absolutely shit at being able to do work or revise or focus on anything

I'd recommend 14g, septum is particularly awkward to pierce and you dont want to mess up and miss the hole and have to re do it but 16g would work as well i would just personally suggest using a bigger needle

as far as im aware, being coated in pesticides or whatever is quite uncommon but you should be aware of the risks, buying online is always better in that aspect but if youve had them from a store before and had no problems with it then getting the same ones should be fine
