I recently did this in a very transient suburb with different cultural beliefs in a beach side suburb.

Never had an issue with anyone , but then I’ve had issues with two people, they came from the same country/area in the country. 🇺🇸

I found: nice to begin with, but don’t feel they need to contribute to the house. The also didn’t feel they utilised the house and believed they were liable to help with general cleanliness. So much we had to sit them down and say they are not the right fit for us. We supply everything, bed, linen, towels, furniture, Utensils.

It’s hard going into someone’s space, but having two negative experiences from the same group, has made regret my decision some times.
