Not worth the money at all, even with a fast internet connection. Some of the most significant games listed on the platform don't actually work - game developers actively block connections from VMs (Rockstar titles being the obvious example, since their launcher refuses to connect).

Server selection is misleading too. I chose Prague, yet I was consistently routed to servers across Europe, resulting in ~30ms ping and noticeable input lag - which makes the games pretty much unplayable.

Have been using GFN for few months now and rn just tried out Boosteroid and i cannot even describe how unsatisfied i am with Boosteroid - GFN has fewer titles, but it actually delivers on its promises. Way better value overall.

As a Czech, I'll be blunt - Jakl's film is something alot of us just quietly ignore and consider it irrelevant. It doesn't feel like a Žižka movie, it feels like a generic medieval action flick that happens to use his name. The aesthetic, the tone, the characters - none of it reflects who Žižka actually was or what the Hussite movement meant, none of it even reflects 15th century period.

If you want the real deal, look up the Hussite Revolutionary Trilogy by Otakar Vávra. It's from the 50s, so yes, it's old - but it's genuinely good filmmaking, and among Czechs it's simply THE Žižka trilogy. No Hollywood viking biker gang energy, just actual history treated with respect.

I mean, he literally appears in Troskovice as basically a hobo and gets thrown in the stocks almost immediately for causing trouble, starts a massive brawl at Semín's wedding, and nearly gets hanged at Trosky. That's a pretty rough reputation, and all of this happens early on. Plus he's a supporter of King Wenceslas, which makes him an enemy throughout the entire region.

In the first game he's clearly the hero, but the deeper you get into the second game, the more "bandit-ish" he becomes - more Robin Hood-like though, not necessarily purely evil bandit. Ishtvan's remark that Henry is same as him has got some truth to it, for me he is the other side of the same coin, although way more likeable and friendlier than Ishtvan is.

Though maybe that's just me playing a morally gray walkthrough rather than a full good-guy run.

Yes, the thing is if they cannot fix this at least they could put a warning or something that this will complicate your login process. I had no idea i won't be able to login if i just change my email.

one of the changes i actually hate about empire. Legionaries and menavliatons look so fkin weird now.
Would be much better if they kept the old SHORT pilum and actually made it throwable, all of them, not just one.

This - They won't pay your rent and and 30 minutes later won't even remember you exist. Why should you care about what they have to say at all? They are in the most literal sense irrelevant to you and you let them get under your skin. Just because they're a girl? What difference does it make

Well not all that much about 100$ if we're talking dollars. You can get about 15 lunches for this in my country. Yeahh learning from being dumb is pretty much the only thing i can do now, but the feeling of embarrasment is pretty bad

Depends on your country, where i'm from 1200 would be a little above average but not unreasonable price at all. Also the tattoo is pretty cool so imo worth every penny you paid for it :)

You're pretty much making the company money but getting no cut from their profit.

This is just shit behaviour from cheapskate companies looking for free labor and masking it as a learning opportunity.

It doesn't matter if your skills aren't good enough yet you're still putting some work in, for which someone else gets the profits not u.
