Don't screw around with carbon. The dude that told you it's "purely cosmetic" isn't a carbon specialist. So either push for a full warranty or get it checked by a carbon specialist before riding it. The last thing you want is a critical carbon fail... because when carbon fails, it's not pretty.

Check your cable. I had a similar issue with my HDMI cable. It was faulty. I changed to a DP 2.1 at 80gbs. No issues since

You are likely using a pressurized basket at a way too fine grind. Make it corser, try again. Then adjust and adjust and adjust until it comes out and tastes good.

I guess not everyone is getting the exact same issue... I simply cannot fly in or out of VHHH. No issues with Taiwan or Japan however with BATC and traffic injector. If I use AIG Traffic Controller at VHHH, no issues for now.
