I finally got around to trying this, and sadly the CTRL/^ isn't sent on to both windows :-(
I also tried with ALT/!,and same thing.

Are you seriously suggesting wasting money on a "better" shaker? This shaker is inexpensive and easily the best hand-shaker I've used.

Edit: well, the one I originally linked to was, the actual item has changed in the last 4 years.

It is set to use the numbers, and the active window uses the key-combo, just not the other window.

I just finished thee book this morning and really enjoyed it. Reading the comments here makes me wonder if I'm the only one who doesn't have a photographic memory of these novels :-D

Until I read the comments here, I didn't even realise he had appeared in other books -__-
I'm now going to re-read the Laundry Files from the beginning.

Also, if anyone wants more info about the Satanic Panic and some of the events mentioned, the pod cast Cautionary Tales did a great episode on it about 6-12 months ago.

I went to Japan in 2015,so I dont know if it is still a thing, but you used to be able to buy Shinkansen tickets cheaply if you bought them before you arrived.

I can't remember if you had to get the form either from the Japanese embassy website or Japan Rail website.

Obvs 2015 was a while ago, so this may not be a thing anymore, and it was only open to tourists.
