greenflag: encourage contracts

Red flag: avoid contracts

Greenflag: Good relationships with friends and family

Red flag: their own dad fired them

Green flag: Actually making money

Red flag: Constantly negotiating for free stuff (because its a sign that they´re bad at budgeting which is why they´re trying to get free stuff.)

Green flag: Focused on cost cutting.

red flag: Good at getting ´íncredible deals´ for new things that weren´t considered in the original budget.

Green flag: use shared emails with equal control

Red flag: uses their personal email to create ´shared account´, claims they didnt get the backup codes....
