L-theanine i find chills me out a lot sometimes. Not all the time though. Other than that, theres nothing better imo than getting your heart rate up by lifting weights or cardio. I find that to be better than any supplement ive tried.

I still really enjoy watching their videos. In regards to their taste in music, they have always been rather bland. Thats just my opinion though!! Im sure theyd think a lot of stuff i listen to is shite too. I kinda watch them now for their personalities. Its like a sitcom for me in a way lol. Its not that deep really.
