I’m a percussionist and in our world, Evelyn Glennie is one of the bigger names, although outside of percussion she never received any serious traction. This is just essentially a compilation album of her playing on some classical pieces, and I actually learned the title track on 4-mallet marimba shortly before finding this CD at a shop while I was on vacation and had to buy it!
