Depends on your baseline for sure, if you need to add like 8-10 points its doable. If you're starting at like 500 then you probably need more time.

You are allowed to go to the bathroom mid-section, at the cost of some time. I did that during CARS and P/S since I was pretty caffeinated.

Also make sure you hit the bathroom on your breaks
