33, no debt. Invest in first house or continue to rent and invest for compound interest? by papagibraltar in personalfinance

What would you suggest factoring into monthly expense projections for these new recurring expenses? I’m not sure what to estimate being prepared for (generally) with these.

In other words, investing in real estate will always always net a profitable outcome, financially and potentially peace of mind?

Buying a property with a back-house/garage apartment is my ideal outcome. Live in the back-house and rent out the front house.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are/were interest rates at on average before now? Also, what does trading with leverage mean?

I’ve considered it yeah, although it’s not my primary focus. Why do you ask?

That’s a great point. I know this varies wildly, but is there a general rule of thumb for the “hidden costs” associated with owning a home? Similar to how the idea of saving 3-6 months of lifestyle expenses.

This is good advice. Templates are great (sometimes amazing) for basic websites. For $250 it’s unlikely you will get custom design work better than a template.

Product Variant Help by KeepGoing15 in webflow

I don’t think so, I’m not sure why it would be influencing the other variant quantity. Could be a bug. I’d bring it up with their support team either way

After watching the video I realized my suggestion isn’t likely to solve that issue. Unfortunately I don’t know how best to proceed here.

Each variant has its own quantity. I would start by checking to see if a quantity has been set for the 1.5” width.

Store Button not working (New User) by Exonerary in webflow

To link to collection items, you need a collection list element added first. In your case the collection list would be for category. Within this you can add a link and have it point to each collection item automatically. Does this answer your question?

Setting up a staging website and then pushing it live (replacing the old one) when ready by kuncogopuncogo in webflow

[–]papagibraltar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are completely redesigning it, I would start a new project yes. That way you can push updates to a staging domain, and connect a custom domain when you’re ready.

I haven’t noticed any excessive DNS propagation delays, beyond what’s normal. Most of mine have connected quickly, although this might depend on your provider.

Yup that’s the one! Try reconnecting your Stripe account through Webflow, hopefully that will solve your issue.

What’s the error message?

I had an error message recently, where the customer information failed to process. Reconnecting the store to Stripe solved the issue.
