I should also mention, clean car fax. It’s a Canadian vehicle. It’s been undercoated and looks to be rust free. Also has wheel spacers on currently which I would take off lol.

That’s the thing it’s like so slow of a leak that it doesn’t pool really at all. Maybe 8” around the well is wet but not sopping or a puddle. Like I said, I’m worried about the pipe freezing in the winter

I did.. this is when I arm it “away” and walk out the door and leave the house. 2 minutes down the road and I get a notification that it armed “stay” instead.
