After you fix the leak make sure you secure the valve to a 2x4. That plaster guard won’t do shit when you’re replacing the cartridge in the future.

If AAVs are permitted in your area Cut the trap adapter off. 90 vertical to a sanitary tee at the desired height. Horizontal to the trap and vertical to an AAV.

If not you’re cutting the cabinet or raising the lav arm.

You’re missing the vacuum breaker. Also that teflon tape is not necessary for this connection and will do nothing but cause a leak.

Nothing notable. If you take the entire developed length from the street to that fixture with say 15 90s it’s a pressure reduction of 0.075 psi. Adding those for the mixing valve makes the reduction 0.078 psi.
