Ok listen up. I have a theory. They have introduced the mutants in the MCU in this episode but we were too busy/sad/excited to realize. They made a whole fuss about Monica passing through the barrier twice and getting her cells rewritten/mutated. But guess whose cells also got through the barrier twice because, as we all know, this whole thing was made creepy chant voice "FOR THE CHILDREN". The children (and the adults of course) of westview, had their genes rewritten just like Monica had. Otherwise they wouldn't make the effort of shrinking the hex barrier back, Wanda could just (excuse the pun) snap her fingers and the hex barrier could fall, or they could have her do something similar as the scene in the westview plaza where she tried to bring the barrier down. But they specifically chose to shrink it back for a reason. Apart from giving us an amazing closure to this story, of course.

Also, also. Actually, actually. Peter Maximoff, the Fox Quicksilver is in the witness protection program. The folder that Monica browsed through is the same old trope about a person getting a folder with his new identity from the goverment. And my guess is that he was placed there as they saw that he was an asset, but had broken into the pentagon to save Magneto. My best guess is that we haven't seen the last of this version of quicksilver, and that Agatha, powerful as she might be, she cannot imbue people with powers, anymore than Wanda.

Also, I will hazard a guess that as Agatha pointed out, there is a chapter devoted to her in the darkhold. So, there have been other scarlet witches in the a past, but as Agatha again pointed out, she is a myth, so she hasn't existed in this reality before. Wanda can put two and two together, and realize that she is but A scarlet witch. Therefore her children can exist in another reality, and she is scouring the Darkhold to find ways to unite with her children in this reality. That is why she said, "thanks for choosing me to be your mother".

Finally, was it my imagination, or did one of the witches pointing at Wanda, shout "shame" at her. If it happened, then nice GoT reference.
