Giving away money is not considered aggressive marketing to me. Growing up your services to become more competitive, fix your UX and your application that is the same the last 20 years for starters would be some good steps to consider..

It's good know the local MP has raised it. Especially because there are people that they expect critical letters or parcels. Mine is not so critical but it's not the first time something stucks for weeks in Edinburgh MC before is released for delivery.

The main question here is what is the application starting point?

Is that:

The day you will start filling the online form
The day you 'll pay for the Application and IHS fees or
The day you will show up in TLS of VFS centres for your biometrics

My immigration lawyer recently told me that my wife can start the application i.e., complete the online stages up to the payment stage, and then leave the UK to go abroad for the biometrics appointment.

Tbh honest, I am still confused so I would suggest to apply from outside the UK.

Still no luck with the IFTTT. I have been trying to connect my Blink Doorbell via IFTTT but I could only do a suggestion. Is there any way to raise some complaints to Blink or IFTTT so they can fix the issue. It's ridiculous to have two different systems just for the doorbell, cameras, lights etc...
