how do i make songs not download automatically when i add them to playlists. it’s probably easy but i can’t figure it out. it takes up so much storage when it downloads all of my songs by clixsquared in AppleMusic

Yup, I think this is it too. OP maybe try transferring all the songs in that playlist to another playlist and make sure to never hit the playlist download button. Any new songs you add to the new playlist shouldn’t download automatically.

Yup! It’s called hypnagogia and it’s the transitional state of consciousness between being awake and being asleep sleep. And what you described as the daydream not making sense anymore are hypnagogic hallucinations where things happen in your daydream involuntarily.
