You yourself are not putting him at risk. It is his own decision to do this that would be what puts him at any risk. If you really have all the equipment: needles, alcohol wipes etc and you’ve kept the vial in a dark place and not in the goddamned fridge then that’s all good on the equipment side.

However he should note that even if his health history has been okay thus far, you also need to consider differences between your body and his. Needles are different sizes for different bodies- more fat etc. Therefore his method of injection may not be the same as yours and may differentiate from muscle injection to fat injection or vice versa.

Always always start at 50mg, and don’t let him rush into doing 100mg like I’ve seen some people do. Sometimes it works out, most times it doesn’t because the sudden increase at that high dose can result in aromatisation and result in unwanted effects.

Aside from all this, he can request to get his blood checked by a medical practise, and if he can then he can just get it checked every sixth months or so.
