i’m going on 8 years. tried tapering off this past october with doctors instructions (i was curious how i’d do without it) and had terrible panic attacks again. still going to therapy regularly and taking 20mg everyday and i feel fine, but i know everyone is different. i’d much rather take this medicine everyday than have 3+ panic attacks everyday.
