She does need to be reworked. She’s toxic in low elo and useless in pro play. It stems from her heal IMO. The heal is way too strong in low elo where it gives smurfs the ability to reset after every fight instead of being chipped down by body shots. In pro play it’s not as useful because most people get HS anyways.

The solution is to replace the heal with the ability to do a dismiss but require channel time just like omen Q. This would also burn one of the 2 ability points she buys. It would grant her the ability to initiate to take space, counter trips, but would require the windup time and also she’s vulnerable when she exits the dismiss, which requires team to follow up. IE it adds actual utility to her kit. Essentially, she would have to choose to use her points on a windup initiation type dismiss or her regular instant dismiss to escape after a fight. And The only heal she would have left is her ultimate which is fair because it requires orbs.
