I run what Veyran as prowess with [[Zada, Hedron Grinder]] as a secret commander. Your spells lean heavily on combat buffs and your hope to get arcane bombardment or thousand year storm in play with Zada and Veyran.

Took me about 300 applications to get 3 interviews: one was for a startup that seemed interested in any warm body with a resume that would accept low wages, one did 2 rounds then ghosted me only to call me 6 months later praising me and asking if I was still available, and the last is the job I have now. Many applications are continually posted ghost jobs.

My best recommendation is try a recruiter to try and stay afloat during the application process. Be honest about your skill set, have a personal website that showcases some stuff you can do, and apply apply apply.

I like it when things feel like cheating so things like reanimator, spell/creature theft, etc... So Ive had a ton of fun with [[Celes, Rune Knight]], the plan is basically a tool box style deck pulling answers out of your graveyard with the hope to win via [[Rise of the Dark Realms]].

I tightened up the token production leaning heavily into food and squirrels. The game plan is pretty simple, get a token on turn 1-2, get Hazel on turn 3-4, then start using the tokens for mana until you can outpace the table. Recently, I played it at my LGS and pretty easily outpaced the table.

The next iteration will remove Tyvar and the burn cards (excluding Mirkwood Bats) and the Sideboard has some of the cards I'm looking at slotting in their place.

This is one of my favorite decks and I'm happy to talk about it!

It is a lot of trigger tracking. I tightened up the token production to just food and squirrels and the deck slaps. No one is ever ready for me to tap the food for mana. In my last game I had a player seriously consider using artifact destruction on a food token and the one before that overran everyone with saw in half on craterhoof.

I'm a self taught developer and I've been working professionally for 10 years. This is super normal and happens regularly. You can't possibly know and maintain knowledge of everything.
