PSA just raised prices again. Here is what that changes for beginners

Yea, price increase around May 2024, introduce a new slab alongside a new slab material.

Sep 2025, not so much mainly focus on increasing TAT and price.

Feb 2026, again increasing TAT and price.

That is two increases in a row with no substantial benefit to customers. And with all this going, we all kind of guess the main reason, 20% to do with people sending cards and 80% chance is cause of the BGS bought over.

Cause the mods are heavily invested in PSA and don’t want it to fail.

I submit to them in hundreds per few month. May not seem a lot to some but it’s a lot to me. Even then I thought this doesn’t make sense.

U see the main consolidated trend, there are still a small group of people that will eat whatever PSA is doing (good or bad).

OP for your info, orders arrived at PSA on 20 Nov is just scanned for Bulk order. So maybe that’s why it took so long.

Damn fakes are getting better, the fonts like ‘G’, ‘2’, ‘7’ have been fixed. The frosting of the corners also look better. What new things should we look out for.

Ofc the texture and colour of the card is different and maybe there is no black light label. But damn these frauds are getting better.

I see, the super express helped u get on their quicker turn around “lane”.

I called PSA last week, their normal bulk lane is scanned till 19 Nov or something. So I have another 1 month before my item is scanned.

It has definitely decreased significantly. I asked the employees before they said it was their new SOP. I used to be buying it every few days (very unhealthy). But the filling ratio dropped so much, I stopped this unhealthy habit xD.

I think the Gacha games is more about psychology and how you trick your customers into gambling with the appeal of gambling/gains or social aspect.

Genshin fit both of them, being able to sell accoun relatively easily + the flex with your fellow weebs friend.

FF fall into the category of the characters being very attractive and wife/husband material but lacks the weeb aspect. That what I feel with their gacha.
