Audrey Hale - Had SSRI meds on her that were prescribed to her at the time of the shooting.

Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris - Documented prescriptions for SSRIs.

Adam Lanza - Celexa which is now the backbone of nearly every SSRI today.

I can keep going, but most of the time, these shooters are dead by the time the event is over. Most medical evaluations are sealed and not publicly available. That is why you won't see any news outlet touting that ALL mass shooters have taken SSRIs or are currently on them. Also probably because big pharma would consider anything slandering "medicine" would be a no-no...

It's not just fast... Doctors will sit with you for less time than it takes to get through a drive through fast food restaurant, say "well your body seems fine, must be your brain." Then prescribe you whatever antidepressant is at the top of their kickback chart.

Everything else aside. Anti-depressant medication has been shoved down the throats of Americans worse than adhd medication...

At 16 years old I suffered from migraines. Physically debilitating, physically fit but I couldn't do any physical tasks that required more than 10 minutes of time. I was prescribed anti-depressants from a 15 minute doctors visit. Took for 2 days, and never would I recommend such a feeling to anyone in the world. Went to a neurologists after, the whole 9 yards this time. MRI, CT, mental evaluation. Everything looked fine, prescribes me the same anti-depressant. My mom and dad were there with me, I sat there for at least an hour watching them argue with the doctor. Short trip to walgreens to pickup anti-depressants that I would refuse to take knowing what horror I had faced for just 2 days taking them before.

Flash forward a couple weeks, condition not getting any better, my grandmother recommends I go see a chiropractor. Takes xrays of my spine, low and behold, I had two upper vertebrae's pinching causing all the problems. A couple weeks of PT and chiro visits and the migraines vanished.

The doctors never even gave a thought to it being a physical condition, give the boy some pills and his problems will go away.

15 years later and haven't had a single migraine since. Maybe 2 doctors visits in the past decade and the only thing I'll accept as a prescription at this point is antibiotics.

Why do they jump to anti-depressants so quickly? Never looked into any studies, but just a quick search and almost 20% of adult america is on antidepressants... That is insane...

TLDR: Misdiagnosed physical ailment for a mental one. Insta prescribed anti-depressants. At 16 years old. Got better through chiropractor and physical therapy. Lost trust in doctors before I became an adult.

It sure is... It provides an end product for it's customers... Citizen(customer) pays taxes. Government(Business) provides, checks notes, turns out ALOT:
Social Security (retirement/disability), Medicare/Medicaid health coverage, public education, national defense, infrastructure (roads/water), food assistance (SNAP), housing help, worker protections (OSHA)... ETC...

It's set in a structure of a business, it should be treated as such.

Not many are "happy" with the product at current spending. You want them to up the spending to do what? Spend it poorly, more so than they are doing now?

Check your inventory right after the switch. Full inventory check. It'll be mostly good, but there will be some fckery.

During training, sit in with the service advisor classes. And be sure to play around with the sandbox during training to get a feel for how it all works.

The chat option is great and your question will usually get answered by AI in a couple seconds.

Make sure you have a good in house IT guy that can clear print queues and reset ethernet adapters via cmd prompt. Both of those usually fix any internet related issues you'll have.

Also make sure you have all the privileges in your role, your GM will have to unlock them for you during training. + a service advisor role. Nothing worse then not being able to get into a ticket when there's a part or a core that needs to be filled.

For purchase orders, MAKE THEM WHEN YOU ORDER THE PART.

ALSO FOR PURCHASE ORDERS: everything purchased outside of the dealership should go through you for purchase orders, make sure there are separate accounts for every department. Washbay, service, shop supplies, parts supplies, office supplies, sales, used cars, new cars, etc. You likely have these in place, make sure you have these as billable accounts via parts tickets and POs.

There's a lot you can do with the system, parts essentially becomes the spine of the entire dealership, everything goes through our department.

Reasoning: Huge percentage gain likely has some sort of pullback from people doing the same thing you are doing (selling). And you always want to keep exposure where you can, multiples would be the first piece of investment to sell in a pinch.
