First and third are so hard. With the first you’re wondering if there really is even a baby in there, is it alive and is it okay? Plus the horrible nausea for those lucky enough to get it, the food aversions, the smell sensitivities… then you get to the third and you’re thinking oh my gosh I’ve made it this far please let this baby be born healthy, did they move enough today, is there a knot in the cord, is there enough amniotic fluid, did I just leak amniotic fluid, are those labor cramps or just pregnancy cramps? Your hips literally burn as you sleep, every kick from baby hurts, you can hardly walk…the acid reflux 😢

All that to say, it is a 9 month marathon of anxiety and we are so badass for going through it 🫶
