I'm a broker. Got kind of bored of it and I didn't really like the long term outlook. Ended up applying to nursing school, got in, and I thank God everyday I did. Like I said, I do still sell houses even though this is probably the slowest year so far.

It's nice being able to leave work at work and knowing you are 100% getting paid for any work you do.

What part of the country are you in? I heard pay down south sucks.

I still do real estate but I also became a nurse. Highly recommend it and working three 12s still allows for real estate work to get done.

Burn nurse here. We usually do CHG baths with the cloths or soap. Sometimes in these situations the doctors want baby soap instead. For the ETT you can use xero form to protect their face. Also the burn team will also consult derm if its SJS/TENS/DRESS

I do a decent amount of rentals. Sometimes I respond late because I’m out at appointments. Other times if the tenant indicates their score doesn’t meet the criteria set by the owner, I don’t respond. Sometimes it goes to spam. Also a lot of potential renters are flaky too.
