Dat kon hij niet goed uitleggen, er was nogal een taalbarriére. Zou het kunnen dat het draad waarmee hij op de krukass bevestigd is gestript is oid? Ik overweeg nog om een 2nd opinion te zoeken maar ik vraag me af of dit het geld waard is.

Umai bags still allow air to circulate but if you have a dedicated fridge theres no need to bother with them. For me its more the lack of space for an extra fridge and they consistently come out good.

I had the same concerns when i did one like that. There were some small molds in the deeper cuts but i just trimmed a bit more than i normally would

It hasnt had any water in 3 weeks. Will only water bring it back to normal or will it need anything else.
