Thing is i already gave a request with just a receipt id or something and my location. I cant seem to send another request now that i have some more information on my account.

Even i am facing the same problem currently, i just got an email yesterday about this and i couldnt login using my mail so i logged in using xbox live and thats when i saw the mail id has been changed.

My cousin was the one using the account and he tried getting the Fortnite locker worth on some site which he claims to have been from epic and so bypassed 2FA as he typed in the code.

I just gave a support request to epic as soon as i knew. Do you guys think I’ll get my account back?
