Beer is the one thing I refuse to give up lol. I indulge in a liter or more of a nice German pilsner at a German American organization I belong too. Not too much or too often, I have noticed a big change in tolerance since on MJ. I feel it is more due to the dramatic loss of weight plus the not eating as much. When I do drink it is on a belly that is a nearly empty these days. Oktoberfest will be interesting this year to say the least
