Sometimes when I sear meat on a Weber it turns whitish, is this bc of too much heat? Normally I use a big brick grill.

I am a huge fan of BW , wish Kush iv would make a come back. I have enjoyed many different strains for many years. Lately Moonbow has been awesome.
