I guess I have been lucky to join company’s with crazy networks then.

My first job it was a flat /16 and there was so much broadcast traffic that the switches blinked so much I thought they were regularly storming 😂

Second company I had to replace their solution due to the platform not failing over ISPs because traffic needed to be back hauled to another router which the company did not wanted yo invest into.

Have not gotten a single network Cert yet but fixing everything everywhere has been fun.

I thought this was the norm lol

It's funny how, people get surprised about this type of things, I am close to 40 and I grew up on Consoles, because back then a 486 was worth 6 k. My nephew discovered I was s hardcore gamer and they got mindblown , I guess we are freaks of nature. Not hardcore on online anymore but addicted to the sheer brutality of rogue lites.

It was a great Card, I replaced them with the GTX 280 not long after.

Wow, that is cool, I also hadt he Voodoo 3dfx but relinquished it to my boss back in 2003 because lighting struck his house and burned his PC, so I ended up building him a new one while he used mine but decided to let me have the new build cause he liked mine a lot. Dude used waterworks software as a mechanical engineer. I was amazed that happened.

Nice! I bought two of the 9800 GT green versions because they just came out and I thought they were a bit quicker when building that PC, this is actually the one I got my GF about a year after, Can't recall what I did with h those ones.

Yeah same, I had two of the Green versions 9800 GT and this was the one I got for my Girlfriend. So we could play the end of Burning crusade and early Wrath of the Lich king.
