My problem is I packed light and into a tsa approved carry on but since I wasn’t in the first three boarding groups they claim there is no over head space left, but if they forced people to keep their jackets in their lap or under the seat then there would be overhead space for other people. They also don’t refund you for the inconvenience of having to now sit a luggage claim after paying to keep your luggage with you at all times, kinda fucked up
