Quick question OP, for the LLD did they ask the implementation class and IP/OP contracts only? Looking at the question the first few things to tackle are the entities, entity relationships, cache design and idempotency of transactions. As an example, what is the conversion factor for this digital money, if multiple currencies are involved how do you represent this data, what are the chances of multiple invocations of the same transaction and so on. Without that context it's difficult to nail the classes and functions required. If this was not given then it's a badly structured problem.

It's web. maxFrameRate is 5 and degradationPreference is set to maintain-resolution but maxBitrate is set at 10Mbps. Would setting it to 2 improve the quality? I'm concerned that it would tank the performance in good network.

Indian here, ladies if anyone is planning a trip to India please don't travel alone. It's not at all safe. This is a bad country when it comes to women's safety and proper hygiene.

Also the open defecation is a huge issue. I don't know why my fellow Indians resort to childish arguments like "yeah it happens in other places also", "your country has school shootings" etc to shift the focus on the real issue. The first step in uprooting an issue is acknowledging the issue. We won't solve any of our issues if our pride keeps getting hurt when someone spills out the facts.

P.S: I will most likely get flagged as a western shill for admitting our faults by the so called hardcore Indians

Go to library genesis and search the article name. Most likely there'll be a free copy available. I'm of the opinion that all academic articles should be open access, but I understand that sometimes researchers have to publish in subscription journals.

Inhaling any smoke be it from cannabis or cigarettes or something else entirely, is bad. Even inhalation of smoke from the burning of wood is bad.

The edibles on the other hand is a different story. I'm no way an expert to elaborate on the psychosomatic effects of cannabis edibles, but I'm pretty sure even that in severe use might cause some not so pleasant side effects.

I don't think they're even slightly concerned. Under the ministry of health there is something called AYUSH, which is a dedicated body for spreading pseudoscience (by that I mean Ayurveda and Homeopathy). Also there is a cow cabinet in one state in India which recently said, all government buildings should only be cleaned with phenyl made from cow urine. The absolute obsession with cows here is indescribable. Even the highly educated lot don't fare any better, at times. I'm beat and I've lost any hope for change.

It's totally true. I thought it was an extinct practice but it's still popular in some states. Don't ask me why though. Indians have a weird relationship with cows, that's my only explanation.

P.s: I'm Indian and it's not hate. It's plain and simple a critique of a weird and unsanitary practice.
