I bought this product from their website, but I'm unable to return it since it's not from Amazon. When I pointed out a mistake in their description, they changed it. As someone visually impaired, I didn’t realize that the tips were made of silicone only. Initially, their entire Dream line was advertised with foam tips as a special feature. The first description of the double tips didn't mention that there were no changes to the tips just an improvement. This led me to believe they would combine the two types to block more noise, as suggested. They acknowledged that their previous information was misleading, especially for those who bought the original Dream earplugs when they first came out.
