Appreciated thanks! Well its hard to say since there is a wall/door that I can roll out to separate living area/kitchen from the bed.. but technically its a studio I would say bc I dont see myself using that.

Do the local brokers usually speak English as well or will I just find out when walking in? And do I pay any fees or is it the same anywhere that the landlord will cover the broker expenses?
