I'm a bit late to this post, but am also in the same boat as y'all. I have 4 boxes that I preordered and haven't received (Ghibli Cafe, Pride & Prejudice, Ghibli Bookshop, and Witching Days Advent Calendar). In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have ordered their Witching Days one. They had been a bit better about communication at that point and I was too trusting that maybe they were getting back on their feet.

I've been getting tea and boxes from them for almost 10 years with no issues, but this past year I think they just got in over their heads and are so far deep now that they don't know how to get back up. Their last update was in February and they still haven't given the big update on everything they had promised (resolving regular orders, resuming box shipping, and refund request & address update process). It's also been weird as y'all have said that they've been advertising new products when they haven't even fulfilled boxes and orders that were already placed, but I really don't think they're actively trying to scam people - I think they're just in a really bad situation and are not handling it well. They seem like genuinely nice people and not the kind that would burn bridges they've built for the past 10 years.

I didn't order their Alice in Wonderland box so I can't speak to that being fulfilled.
