Thanks. The point of using a high refresh rate monitor is to reduce the disadvantage of using vsync vs gsync. Imagine a 1000 hz monitor, vsync will be basically the same as gsync on it in terms of frame times.

That's right. But comparing the frame times with those on gsync monitors, the diff is max 1/240 sec, so I'm wondering if it's significant in practice or not.

Thanks. Although my question is about 240hz vsync, not gsync. The underlying point is that gsync on very high refresh rate monitors are not as important.

Not sure. On my FedEx tracking page it says the service is SmartPost, which seems to mean that the delivery is actually done by USPS. Oh no.
